Inc.</b></U></A></div> </td> <td valign="top" height=385 BGCOLOR="#FFFFFF" TEXT="#080000"> <div> Christopher wins at Sears Point!!!!!</div> <div> 6/10/01 </div> <div> Sear Point Raceway</div> <bR> <div> Christopher Hill of North Hollywood, CA won the 5th and final race of the MTP 2001 series at the Russell Racing School at Sears Point Raceway.  He has won all five of the races in the Formula Mazda cars and thus is the series Champion. </div> <bR> <div> The series is made of 5 groups, A, B, C, D, and MTP.  The A group ran a different track configuration than the other groups on Sunday, but the other 4 groups all ran the same track.  Of the 36 cars in the 4 groups Christopher had the 2nd fastest qualifying time.  However, due to a spin during qualifying he had to start in the back of his group (D and MTP). </div> <bR> <div> Starting from 12th place in a 12 car field, Christopher quickly moved up to 4th place by the end of the first lap.  He had to avoid a spinning car in turn 3 on the first lap and on the 3rd lap he had to put all 4 wheels in the dirt to avoid another car that had spun in turn 2.
